We wish to successfully maintain our operations in a sustainable way in order for us to safely handle service, to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Due to the special circumstances, Filter has applied methods to limit the spread of the virus. Primarily we have limited human to human contacts to the bare minimum.

• There will be no meetings in the office. Most of the office workers are assigned to work from home office. All workers are still available and reachable by phone and email!
As a safety measurement, all arrived employees from missions and assignments abroad have been quarantined for 2 weeks. So far none of Filter employees have been infected.
Filter warehouses have plenty available stock of spare parts and all other merchandise. For more information on the availability of specific products contact our product managers.
The maintenance department will continue servicing clients. Technicians will depart from their homes to visit the work site for maintenance and repair operations. If needed the technicians will contact the clients by phone and they will follow the specific instructions dictated by the site owner with all the necessary safety measurements and limitations to be directly followed.
All the handling of incoming and outgoing stock at Filter warehouses (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria) will be operating as usual Mon-Fri 8.-17.00. In our effort to minimize and limit the exposure of human to human contact, please inform us of your arrival by phone so we can fulfill your order in advance. For people with flu symptoms it is FORBIDDEN to come to the site.
The delivery and supply from suppliers will continue without any noticeable delays. Many of our suppliers have guaranteed that manufacturing and delivery will continue. In case there are any delays with delivery, we will immediately notify the client.

We are still safe and healthy. We look forward to the recovery and normalization of our daily operations and activities!
