The Clayton Steam Master (CSM) is available in six sizes and powered by either oil or gas with an advanced modulating controller allowing you to achieve desired outputs all the time.

E SERIES

 

The Clayton E Series (mainly for industrial usage) is available in 25 sizes and is one of the safest means of producing high quality steam through its compact, efficient and responsive design. These generators come with fully modulated automatic PLC based controls and servo activated burner management system.

The following points elaborate the stand-out features of this type of steam generator:

  • Since the design is based on the forced circulation of water through a coil, it results in high steam quality with a quick start-up.
  • The unique controlled-flow/counter-flow heat exchanger design allows rapid response to load changes concurrent to maintaining system pressures.
  • Controlling internal water flows allows management of TDS build-up and its disposal in a concentrated flow, thereby significantly reducing waste heat, chemical and water. Further, it effectively eliminates the potential of steam explosions within the enclosed space.
